Beauty DIY: Vitamin E Sugar Scrub

Do any of your beauty products have Vitamin E? It's one of my favorites because of its many benefits and uses. It's a great anti-aging resource, an anti-oxidant, is helpful in healing scars, and helps prevent sunburn (is it in your sunscreen?) among many others. It can be purchased at drugstores in oil form or in capsule form.

To mix up my beauty routine, especially before I hit the beach, I'll make a quick Vitamin E Sugar Scrub. I have the capsules, but the actual Vitamin E Oil works great too. Here's how:

Take a tablespoon of sugar and 1-2 capsules of Vitamin E.

Mix enough oil with the sugar to make a paste.
Rub on face for about 30 seconds, in a circular motion (I use my Clarisonic).
This creates a moisturizing, yet exfoliating facial scrub.
Wash and dry face.

Do/have you used Vitamin E?
If you like natural beauty DIYS, let me know. I'd be happy to post my recipes!

  9. Vitamin E is so so amazing for the skin. I always just burst a capsule and apply it directly...a scrub may be necessary right now though to get off all of this winter skin.
