One of my best and oldest tips has been to use a satin or silk pillowcase. Maybe it's all psychological, but I truly believe using a pillowcase like this really works. I haven't had frizzy hair or pillow creases upon awakening in years. While Google provides way more benefits than those listed here, I only included the ones myself/family/friends have experienced.
