Good-Enough-to-Eat-Beauty-Products

Today I'm sharing a roundup of beauty products I was sent and have been loving. And they all sound good-enough-to-eat: just wait until you read the ingredients! Check 'em out and be prepared to be hungry:

Pumpkin

This fall favorite is rich in zinc, which supports collagen synthesis and may also help prevent acne.  Packed with Vitamins A and C, it is an excellent nourishing ingredient that helps to protect and renew cells when applied topically.  This organic pumpkin hydration masque will help replenish dry, dehydrated skin. It feels wonderful on the skin and will come in hand this winter!

Apple

This fruit is innately packed with a variety of essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamins, minerals and fibers. It is an excellent beauty enhancer, especially great for anti-aging products as antioxidants help to keep your skin elastic and nourished. I'm already a fan of Juice Beauty, so it's no surprise that I loved this one too!

Cranberry

This tangy fruit is packed with vitamins and nutrients, and the bare scent of cranberry is much more sharp than sweet. As the weather gets colder, I like a stronger, heavier fragrance that opens with a "tart note of cranberry and blooms in fullness with powerful woody, floral and musky notes."
Black XS for Her Paco Rabanne (2.7oz) - $56.55 at FragranceNet.com

Cinnamon

Studies show just a small concentration of Cinnamomum cassia effectively fights bacteria. Cinnamon has a bold rush of flavor that not only beats bad breath but also prevents tooth decay and gingivitis. And it's found in this whitening toothpaste I've been using to keep my teeth white.
Supersmile Professional Whitening Toothpaste in Cinnamon - $21.00 at Supersmilestore.com

Peppermint

Peppermint is the world’s oldest medicine, and due to its antiseptic properties, it is very useful in dental care. It eliminates bad breath and helps teeth and gums fight off hazardous germs. I like this Quickee product that you can use on the go for instant whitening and freshening.

Cocoa
Products made with cocoa butter, cocoa beans, and cocoa powder contain antioxidants that can hydrate, rejuvenate, and protect. And it's in this palette of cute, chocolate-colored shades, perfect for the season. They are all wearable colors and can be added to a fave lipstick or liner. Each color is scented: Blood Orange is a shimmering copper gloss pairing the flavors of deep, dark chocolate and zingy blood orange. Espresso is a sultry, rich brown gloss tasting of bold, smooth mocha. Very Berry is a sheer plum gloss and tastes of luscious berries dipped in chocolate. Chili Pepper is a wearable red gloss combining sweetness and spice with the flavors of dark chocolate infused with exotic chilies.

I've been swearing by coconut oil as of late - though it makes me crave a pina colada in the process! Great post, as per usual, lovely friend!

  11. The flavored lip gloss sounds amazing! I love it when glosses have a flavor and don't leave you with horrible breath after a while.

  13. Just cast my vote (for you) for the SG contest! :) I'll be interested to hear how you like the Paco Rabanne Black XS. I just ordered the PR Black XS L'Exces the other day from ebay, but I just got it and have yet to wear it a full day to test it out. I think that the PR fragrances don't get enough love here in the U.S., but in South America (I lived in Ecuador for 5 years) they are huge. Look forward to seeing how you like all of these products!!
