Product Test Drive: Hana Hair Dryer

When I was asked to review the Misiko Hana Hair Dryer, I couldn’t have asked for better timing. My old hair dryer finally went kaput--of course while I was trying to use it, so I was ecstatic to review this one.  Since I’ve had the same dryer forever, why would I want anything else? And I thought that all hair dryers were the same, minus wattage. Little did I know how wrong I was! Let me tell you the features of the Hana Hair Dryer, via their website:

How Did It Work?
My very thick and long hair usually takes 30-1 hr to dry with a hair dryer. But that time was cut in half by using the Misiko! I've even dried it in 10 minutes, minus styling. Frizziness was reduced and my hair was shiny. I’m serious. I’m in heaven. These are the best hair dryers I've ever used or have had a stylist use.

What Do You Get?
It comes with a bag and detachable nozzle (use this!)

Where Can I Get It? How Much Does It Cost?
Misikko.com...the Hana Dryer retails for $194. This hair dryer is a must for hair stylists and anyone who wants great results quickly. They also sell tourmaline flat irons.

  5. wow that's really impressive! my hair is really thick and takes forever to dry but i just let it air dry in hopes of avoiding damage. i'm not even positive on how to use a hair dryer, which sounds so lame :p

  7. I totally agree on getting what you pay for. I had a salono (about $300 at the time). It's lasted me for 13 years. It doesn't cut the time in half like this one, though. Awesome!
