One of the things I plan on doing with this blog is pointing out cool places in/around Atlanta. I am not paid to write about these places, so you are getting a genuine review from me to you! On with the show...
Ok, I have a weakness for sweets, and donuts (doughnuts, whatevs) are up towards the top of that list. First up is Sublime Doughnuts. This place has received national attention for its outstanding treats!
Owned and operated by Chef Kamal Grant, this 10th Street establishment has some of the best donuts I've ever tasted. When I visited, I had the Chef recommend several flavors: the A-Town Boston Cream (yum and picured above from their website), the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup (if you're a pb fan, you'll love these), Chocolate Wildberry Fritter (tangy!), and the S'mores donut (this was my second fav). There are around 26 (seriously) flavors, but when I went in the late afternoon, not all were available. They'll run ya a little over a dollar each. This place cannot be missed. And order a dozen. They'll disappear in minutes flat.
