Something I'm trying to do is learn to be a better cook. I'm half-Italian, and when anyone learns this tidbit of info, he/she automatically decides that I'm a master chef, and will whip up a delicious plate of spaghetti. Sadly, loveys, this is not the case. I'm a horrible cook--my mom and sis are AMAZING cooks. Also, you already know of the desire to lose weight. I'll be posting some of my dinners, so you can see my progress! Enjoy, loveys!
Grilled tilapia, with lemon and dill sauce. I dabbled a little fresh sauce on top so you could see it.
Grilled veggies--zuccini, green pepper, Vidalia onions, and mushrooms, kebab-style
Grilled apple coated with cinnamon. It's at the bottom, and I know it looks gross here, but trust me, it was delicious!
P.S. Ignore the recycled Chick-fil-a cup and imagine it's a crystal goblet with wine in it.
