It's time for another Ipsy Glam Bag review! It was all about the Glamour Academy this month. Let's see what I got:
Mica Cosmetics pigment in Bronze
-Great for blue eyes, and gives a foiled effect
Noya Vanilla Lip Balm
-It's kosher, organic, and well...it's a lip balm
Michael Todd Organic Jojoba Charcoal Facial Scrub
-A black masque that's great for oily skin.
Chella Brow Pencil in Brown
-Works well, but I usually skip filling in my brows
Pixi Lash Booster Mascara
-Didn't like it. Looked like I had nothing on. Very natural effect.

We got several different things again! I agree that I'm not really a fan of the mascara, either. Same reason. I need vavavoom lashes always. Sometimes it's the only thing I have on, so I need those lashes to be HUUUUUUUUGE

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you had a better turn out this month than I did. They sent me last month's beach bag instead of the purple one and sent me a crap Nyx blush that doesn't even suit my skin tone, instead of my Smashbox primer that was in my glam room. Kinda bullshit. I emailed them and they said that they ran out of the purple bag but thanks for the feedback. Blegh. I also didn't even get my bag until the 25th of this month! I'm so mad at them. If next month doesn't pan out, I'm cancelling. -end rant- Way excited about the other products though, so pros and cons, ya know?

ReplyDeleteLooks like nice products but yeah I'd be bummed out if everyone got that Urban Decay lipstick and I didn't. If you don't want that eyebrow pencil, I'll take it off your hands ;) I'm totally into thick brows and always looking for a way to make mine look more full
I had the nail polish in my bag instead of the brow pencil. The only thing I really loved in mine was the Michael Todd product.
