Outfit of the Week: Elle in New Orleans by Pocket of Presh

Sorry this is so late! This week has been crazy, getting back on schedule after a wild weekend. But let's get back to the fashion!
Last week I put out the call for an outfit for my birthday. I was headed to New Orleans and needed inspiration. Luckily, I have some amazing readers who took the time to create an outfit. And the winner is....
